Michael Theisz brings over 30 years of experience to his role as Director and Senior Building Surveyor.  With a Diploma of Building Surveying from Swinburne University and a Graduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes from Victoria University, Michael is a registered building surveyor in Victoria and a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.

Michael excels in identifying key project issues early, demonstrating exceptional technical skills and attention to detail to ensure designs meet compliance standards. His strong interpersonal skills enable effective engagement with all project stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team environment.  Michael’s blend of experience and expertise makes him an invaluable asset to any project.

Director & Senior Building Surveyor

Joe Barbalaco brings over 30 years of in-depth experience to his role as Director and Senior Building Surveyor. With a Certificate in Building Surveying and Inspection from Footscray Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes from Victoria University, Joe is a registered building surveyor in Victoria and a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.

Joe’s expertise lies in his pragmatic approach to navigate complex building regulations and deliver practical and cost effective solutions. This and Joe’s extensive experience make him a key asset for managing and delivering successful building projects.

Sean Williamson

Director & Senior Building Surveyor

Sean Williamson has more than 25 years experience as a Building Surveyor.  He holds a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying and an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Building Inspection from RMIT, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from La Trobe University. Sean is a registered building surveyor in Victoria and a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.

Sean brings extensive experience to the table, having worked on a diverse range of projects including commercial offices, retail spaces, educational facilities, industrial sites, healthcare centres, and aged care buildings both new and refurbished. His strengths lie in his proactive, solution-oriented approach and his ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Coupled with his excellent technical skills and meticulous attention to detail, Sean is a key asset for any project, ensuring practical and effective outcomes every time.
