The team at Design Guide has been providing quality building surveying consultancy since 1994, and are now at the leading edge of building surveying consultancy in Victoria. Design Guide building surveyors have experience in all types of projects including high rise, large commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, health care, education and secure facilities for private and government clients.
Founding directors Joe Barbalaco and Michael Theisz each have more than 20 years experience in building surveying in both the private sector and local government. Both directors also have post graduate qualifications in BCA performance based design solutions, which enable alternative solutions to sometimes inflexible deemed to satisfy provisions in the Building Code of Australia.
