Joe’s key strengths are his expertise and knowledge in high rise commercial construction, and his practical approach to Building Surveying.

Joe has extensive project experience with more than 27 years as a building inspector and surveyor including senior positions at City of Melbourne and City of Port Phillip where he was responsible for building inspections on major commercial developments.

Joe has completed the ‘Performance based Building and Fire Codes’ course at Victoria University in 1997, which enables acceptance of alternative solutions under the Building Code of Australia without referral to a third party.
